We had a terrific experience with our Sales Rep, Dan Casavant! He listened to what we wanted and what we could afford and found us the perfect camper. During their inspection process they found a leak that had left the walls, floor, and header around the slide significantly damaged. Some places would have ignored it and delivered it as is since we'd already purchased the unit. They fixed the entire area at no charge to us. A few weeks later I was up on the roof and noticed more significant damage that we'd all missed due to snow cover at the time of purchase. I called Dan immediately and ON HIS DAY OFF he began making plans to fix the problem. Again... no cost to us! Dan is a fantastic representation of an entire team that knows the value of reputation and always puts the customer first!
